There has been much clamouring and demand for me to write a sequel to my now cult classic article, "10 Remarkable Reasons Why Wakeboarding May Save your Life". camiseta de barcelona 2011 ,
So, for all those that asked and all those that have waited patiently, here it is!
Disclaimer: None of the events or characters in the following story actually happened or actually exists.
Bob loved wakeboarding so much that he took his favourite Liquid Force wakeboard absolutely everywhere with him. A bit like Mary and her little lamb, Bob and his wakeboard were inseparable.
Bob had been invited on a mountaineering expedition with a group of friends and eagerly accepted the invitation.
Although the rest of the group were more than a little perplexed by Bob's insistence in bringing the wakeboard on the trip, after a high altitude adventure that none of them would forget, they were all glad that he did. Their story is weaved into the 10 reasons:
  1. The first any of them knew that the wakeboard would prove useful was at the base camp party the night before they would begin their trek. Base camp was actually Bob's very comfortable hotel room. There were no girls on the trip and their booze had been mysteriously confiscated at the airport so it would be a night of intense Nintendo wii competition. ?Bob had secretly had his wakeboard sent off to technology specialists and when the group turned up, Bob dominated the competition with his new wiimote that looked suspiciously like his wakeboard!
  2. As the trek commenced, Bob did find the wakeboard rather cumbersome attached to his backpack but knew he had made the right decision when they came to the first of many terrifyingly deep crevasses and passed safely over on the wakeboard. Camiseta FC Porto ,
  3. ?On the next stage of the mountain, the wind picked up and howled all about them. camisetas de fútbol , Although not completely successful, Bob's wakeboard did protect him from the brunt of the gales.
  4. The tallest member of the group, "Big Steve" was actually more than 8ft tall, and when he twisted his ankle on day 3 of the expedition, Bob suggested using the wakeboard as a splint. It was the perfect size and worked like a charm!
  5. An impromptu guerrilla war broke out on day 5 between two groups of locals. In shifts, the climbing group used the wakeboard as a makeshift bomb shelter. Apart from one direct hit that the board deflected, they came through the 3 day war relatively unscathed.
